Please accept the following disclaimer for rental application.
Upon submitting your application, you agree that we are not
responsible for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental
equipment.

Disclaimer

1) Customers understand that skiing and snowboarding are hazardous sports.
2) Ski binding and boots, and snowboard binding and boots systems do not fully guarantee the safety of the user.
3) Refund will not be given to customers who do not take out part of the equipment they rent or cease to require them before the termination of their rental
agreement. As doing so will be deemed a waiver of their rights.
4) Once the equipment is rented, it shall be managed by the customer. If by any chance the equipment is stolen, switched, lost or damaged, the customer will be liable for charges equivalent to the cost of replacement.
5) SKID shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by using with the rented equipment or its handing. We strongly recommend that customers take out insurance.
6) We may ask for an extension fee if the equipment is returned late as a result of the customer’s failure.
7) Excluding defective or deficient equipment, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for any purchased goods after it has been used. No exceptions.
We ask that you always try equipment on before you buy.
8) Personal information provided in the rental application form will not be used other than processing applications and contacting the customer.
